Our rates are very simple! $135.00 AUD per room (including breakfast for two people). Lunch and dinner are available on request (prices are subject to menu). Packages are also available (please enquire when booking or upon arrival).

Courtesy pick-ups and drop-offs from the Hervey Bay Airport and Bus Terminal are also available.

Booking Policies

• Bookings online or by phone: A 10% deposit is required by Direct Deposit. Please specify the number of people/rooms, number of nights accommodation required, any special dietary requests, whether you require airport or bus terminal pick-up and early or late check-in.

• Cancellations/Refunds: Notice of cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. In this case, any deposit paid will be refunded less a $10 administration fee. If notice of cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, any deposit may be retained.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

  Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request and subject to availability.

  Payment may be made by Direct Deposit, Cash or Cheque before check-out on the day of departure. EFTPOS and Credit Card payments available: 4% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
